Mumbai, June 2: Transrail Lighting Ltd has secured fresh orders worth ₹575 crore, primarily in its power transmission and distribution (T&D) business, further strengthening its order book and growth visibility.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company said the latest order wins include projects in the T&D segment as well as contracts in its civil construction and pole businesses. The company also disclosed that it currently holds the lowest bidder (L1) position for projects worth around ₹400 crore.
According to the company, the newly secured orders include the construction of a 500 kV high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line for a marquee customer, supplies of its products to international markets, a specialised civil construction project and pole supply contracts.
“The ₹575 crore order wins, which include primarily the orders in the T&D segment including construction of a 500 kV HVDC line for a marquee customer, supply of our products in international markets, specialised civil construction job and pole supplies, highlight our diversified capabilities and competencies,” said Randeep Narang, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transrail Lighting.
He added that the company’s strong unexecuted order book and healthy bidding pipeline position it well to sustain growth while maintaining execution discipline and delivering sustainable margins.
Transrail said it continues to witness robust bidding opportunities across both domestic and international markets, providing long-term revenue visibility.
