Mumbai, May 9, 2026: GHV Infra Projects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Cameroon Tyres Factory Project SA for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a greenfield tyre manufacturing facility in Cameroon.
The proposed project involves construction of a tyre manufacturing plant with an annual production capacity of 7.6 million tyres at Bekoko in Douala, located in the Littoral Region of Cameroon.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract has been awarded on a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) basis and carries a total consideration of €630 million, equivalent to approximately ₹7,000 crore, excluding taxes.
The execution timeline for the project is 36 months from the issuance of the notice to proceed.
GHV Infra Projects Limited stated that the order has been awarded by an international entity and clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding company.
The order marks a significant international infrastructure win for GHV Infra and is expected to substantially strengthen the company’s EPC order book and overseas project portfolio.
