KVS Castings Expands Production Capacity, Starts Operations at New Uttarakhand Plant

KVS Castings Limited has significantly expanded its production capacity with the commencement of commercial operations at a new manufacturing facility.
 
The company began operations at its Unit-2 plant on March 2, 2026, located in Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand.
 
With the commissioning of the plant, the company’s installed production capacity has increased from 7,200 metric tonnes per annum to 19,200 metric tonnes per annum, adding 12,000 metric tonnes of new capacity.
 
The new facility will manufacture cast iron and ductile iron castings and is expected to improve production efficiency and supply capabilities. The expansion aligns with the capital expenditure objectives outlined in the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
 
KVS Castings said the additional capacity will help meet rising demand while improving logistics efficiency and operating leverage.
