BEE Lighting Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Remsons Industries Limited, has secured a significant international order valued at ₹12 crore from a premier German multi-brand Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Remsons Industries informed that the order pertains to the design and development of exterior vehicle lighting solutions. This engagement reflects the global automotive industry’s increasing confidence in BEE Lighting’s technical expertise and innovation capabilities.
The German multinational OEM, whose name remains undisclosed due to confidentiality terms, has approached BEE Lighting for an immediate execution of the contract. The project will focus on exterior vehicle lighting design and development tailored for global automotive applications.
This order is classified as an international contract and does not involve any related party transactions. Furthermore, neither the promoters nor the promoter group of Remsons Industries Limited hold any interest in the awarding entity.
The deal marks another milestone for BEE Lighting and highlights the growing recognition of Indian automotive component manufacturers on the global stage.
