In a significant boost to India’s manufacturing and export capabilities, Presstonic Engineering Limited has announced that it has secured a prestigious international order from Spanish railway giant, Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF). The order, valued at €709,017.36 (approximately ₹6.95 crore), was confirmed on April 21, 2025.
Under this agreement, Presstonic Engineering will supply high-quality luggage racks for RENFE high-speed trains, which operate across Spain’s extensive rail network. The components will be manufactured in India and exported to Spain, strictly adhering to the technical specifications and terms outlined in the purchase order.
This contract marks a significant achievement for Presstonic, highlighting its capability to meet stringent global standards in design, engineering, and manufacturing. The collaboration with CAF — one of the world’s leading manufacturers of railway systems — also reinforces India’s growing role in the global railway supply chain.
