Jyoti Structures Secures ₹2,000 Crore Orders, Expands Manufacturing Capacity

Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL) has announced a robust order book nearing ₹2,000 crores, including GST, as it strengthens its position in the power transmission and infrastructure sector. Among these orders, the company has secured a ₹741 crore contract, including GST, from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for an 800 KV High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) project.

In response to its growing business pipeline, JSL has unveiled plans to restart operations at its second tower manufacturing unit in Nasik by the end of March 2025. As part of this expansion, the company has invested in a new state-of-the-art galvanizing plant and three CNC fabrication machines, while also refurbishing seven existing CNC fabrication machines to enhance production efficiency.

JSL’s first Nasik unit, which commenced operations in August 2022 with an annual manufacturing capacity of 36,000 MT, is currently running at optimal levels. The addition of the second unit will increase the company’s total capacity by 33,000 MT annually, significantly boosting production capabilities.

Looking ahead, JSL is also preparing to restart its third tower manufacturing unit in Raipur, which boasts an annual capacity of 40,000 MT. The company remains optimistic about its expansion strategy, positioning itself as a key player in India’s growing power transmission sector.
